We deliver across Australia and use trusted freight partners. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary based on location, weather, or courier delays. We are not liable for delays outside our control.

You are responsible for ensuring accurate delivery information. If a delivery fails due to incorrect details, redelivery fees may apply.

4. Returns & Refunds

Our full Refund Policy is available here. In short, we do not offer returns for change of mind. Claims for damaged or incorrect orders must be made within 7 days of delivery and must meet our criteria for assessment.
